Product Range
VIMAL ENTERPRISE developed manufacturing facility offering range of DPC/TPC Aluminium Strips and wires manufactured form E.C. grade raw material to ensure international quality standards used in winding of Transformers.
DPC/TPC ALUMINIUM STRIPS
Paper insulated round and rectangular wire are principal conductors used in winding coils of Transformers.
Insulating Material: Kraft paper, Creepe Paper, Thermally Upgraded Paper (TUP) as per covering thickness required to clients.
Size Range: Thickness: 1 MM to 5 MM
Width: 3 MM to 15 MM
DPC ALUMINIUM WIRE
Size Range: 0.90 MM to 7 MM
Insulating Material: Kraft Paper as per Covering Thickness Required to Clients.
BARE ALUMINIUM WIRE AND STRIPS
Bare aluminium wire is produced with size range of 0.90 MM to 9 MM from aluminium wire rods as per size required to client.
Bare aluminium strips with size range from thickness 1 to 5 MM and width 3 to 15 MM is available.
Annealing process is carried out to improve material Softness, Surface shine and improved conductivity and other characteristics of aluminium conductors.
